About the Hansville HOA

Our Vision

Hansville Heights is a cooperative, respectful, friendly, and safe neighborhood that respects nature and beauty (Vision Statement, created by the collective membership at the April 12, 2023 HOA meeting).

Our small Home Owners’ Association (HOA) is governed by a board of volunteers from the neighborhood, elected annually at the year-end Association meeting.  The HOA is constantly working for the betterment of the neighborhood by promoting a high level of pride in home-ownership, as well as by promoting and sponsoring community events throughout the year that give us an opportunity to come together and celebrate as neighbors.  We are a fun and welcoming community of friends and neighbors who are proud to call Hansville Heights our home!
