Hello Everyone!

Just a few items to share with all of you —

1)  On behalf of the planning committee (Kathy Johnson, Cassandra Miller, Marea and Payton Price, and me), I wish to extend a very warm thank you for helping to make our neighborhood’s first (annual!) block party such a success!  We genuinely appreciated the great response and attendance (and for those who weren’t able to come, we missed you but we look forward to seeing you at the next event!), as well as all the help you provided with the fabulous food items, the loan of equipment (tables, coolers, etc.), and so many other details (music, donations, and more) which, in total, added up to a great day!  Our group will be holding a wrap-up meeting next week, and we would love for you to share with us in the next few days your comments so we may make note of them for use in the planning for next year’s party!

2)  The next quarterly “Hansville Heights Herald” newsletter will be sent out to you via email in mid-September, so if you have anything you’d like to include that you’d like to share with our community, please send me an email with your item(s) by Sunday, September 11.  Thank you!  (My email address is roseanderson831nj@gmail.com)

3)  And wait till you hear this…!!  Our neighbors Erik & Tiffanny Oppenneer (lot #18, 38734 Benchmark) shared these pictures (below) with me today — of a mountain lion crossing their driveway last night at 1:16am!  Thank you for sharing these, Erik & Tiffanny!
